ACT HUB Forum / The Importance of Queer Stories
In conjunction with the upcoming season of Queers, Everyman Theatre and ACTHub presented a conversation between 3 queer Canberra storytellers: myself; Dylan Van Den Berg, writer of Whitefella Yella Tree; and Kaya Wilson, author of As Beautiful As Any Other.
Headland Writers Festival 2023
I facilitated a panel with the wonderful Erin Riley and Matilda Bosely and taught a workshop on pathways into publishing.
Up-cycled fashion and the ethics of what we wear
I was part of an afternoon about fashion with a conscience, speaking at the Sustaining Our Future North Canberra Sustainability Festival.
Canberra Outlet Centre Inspire
I had a wonderful time on a panel alongside the ever inspiring Evie Kay and Dani Harmer and facilitated by the lovely Gerard Wilton and Tracey Davis.

I enjoyed being on a panel alongside participating chair Linda Jaivin, Diana Reid and Jo Dyer.
IDAHOBIT Day at Book Cow
On the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Interphobia and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT) last month I was very lucky to speak at an event put on by the Book Cow in Kingston alongside the incredible Jenni from A Gender Agenda. Together with a group of readers, we talked about the stories we love, those we hope to read, and those we wished were better.
